This service is offered to customers who have systems installed by other vendors, systems no longer under warranty or other special service and support requirements. Service and support contracts usually involve a flat annual fee that covers labor costs for the specified period. Services include hardware repair and maintenance, PC or network technical support, remote system administration and daily maintenance on virtually any platform. This service includes the execution of daily procedures and standard system maintenance. These procedures involve the running of off-site daily backups, user account maintenance, error troubleshooting and system optimization. This type of outsourcing has recently become widely embraced by IS departments globally. As with all or our clients, Maintenance and Support services are tailored to the clients individual need and budget. |
