We have numbers in the local prefixes: 961 Scranton, 282 Carbondale, 476 Stroudsburg, and 826 Wilkes-Barre. If you are unsure if you can dial these numbers toll free, call your phone company and they should be able to tell you.

How do I sign up with ICON Technologies?
You can either call us at 570-876-6908 and fill out an appliction over the phone, or you can go to our website (of course, you're already here) and fill out the application online.

How much is ICON Technologies Internet Service?
The monthly charge is 17.95 for the unlimited access to the Internet.

How long can my username be?
The username can be up to 8 characters long. The username can not contain blank spaces or any of the following characters (* / & # @ ~.). You can use any combination of letters, numbers, dashes (-), or underscores (_).

How many email addresses do I get?
You get one email address with your Internet Service. You can add additional email addressess for an additional charge. Call for more information.

Do I have to sign up for a specific length of time?
No. The Internet Service with ICON Technologies is on a month to month basis.

Do I need a Credit Card to sign up with ICON?
Yes, the credit card is needed for the first 2 months of Internet Service, However, after this 2 month period you may have the option to stay on Credit Card Payment or go to our Bi-monthly billing.

After I sign up, how long will it take me to get my kit?
The account is usually created the next business day and will be mailed. You should have your kit with in 5 working days. Many people receive them sooner. We can also make special arrangements for people who are switching from another provider and only need settings, not software. Call for more details.
